How Many Steps Do You Take Per Day?

Here are the assumptions of fitness level based on the number of steps you consistently take per day:
  • < 5000 steps/day: Sedentary
  • 5000-7499 steps/day: Moderately Active
  • 7500-9999 steps/day: Somewhat Active
  • 10000 steps/day: Active
  • >12000 steps/day: Highly Active
